Guarantee

ESC Sounds Series 3 are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

Subject to the terms below, the guarantee will provide for the repair or replacement of the ESC Sounds products or any components thereof, which is identified as faulty or below standard, or as a result of inferior workmanship or materials.

The conditions of this guarantee are:

  • The guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the 12 month guarantee period
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The ESC Sounds Series 3 are returned to ESC Sounds as instructed

This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents.

As the Series 3 contains rechargeable batteries, the battery playtime will naturally decrease over time and with each use and recharge.

While the Series 3 are designed to for the securest possible fit in the users ear, we cannot guarantee that they will remain securely in the ears of every user. 

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights

ESC Sounds Series 2 are guaranteed for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.

Subject to the terms below, the guarantee will provide for the repair or replacement of the ESC Sounds Series 2 or any components thereof, which is identified as faulty or below standard, or as a result of inferior workmanship or materials.

The conditions of this guarantee are:

  • The guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the 6 month guarantee period
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The ESC Sounds Series 2 are returned to ESC Sounds as instructed

This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents.

This product has an IPX4 waterproof rating, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

As the Series 2 contains rechargeable batteries, the battery playtime will naturally decrease over time and with each use and recharge.

While the Series 2 are designed to for the securest possible fit in the users ear, we cannot guarantee that they will remain securely in the ears of every user.
