Series 2 Instructions

Switching on and pairing the earbuds (stereo use)

  • Hold the ‘multi-function’ key on both earbuds for a period of three seconds
  • Both earbuds will now switch on and connect automatically with each other
  • After a short 'beep' the earbuds will now search for a Bluetooth device
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your device

Connecting the earbuds to your device

  • Once the earbuds are paired this will be indicated by flashing red and blue lights in the left ('Central') earbud and a flashing blue light in the right ('Peripheral') earbud
  • Open the Bluetooth option on your mobile device
  • Select the option ‘S.2’
  • Once the connection has been achieved your Bluetooth status will display as ‘Connected’ and an audio message of ‘Connected’ will be transmitted by the earbuds 

Switching on and connecting the earbuds (single use)

  • Hold the ‘multi-function’ key on one of the earbuds for a period of three seconds
  • This earbuds will now switch on
  • After a short 'beep' the switched on earbuds will now search for a Bluetooth device
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your device
  • Select the option ‘S.2’
  • Once the connection has been achieved your Bluetooth status will display as ‘Connected’ and an audio message of ‘Connected’ will be transmitted by the earbuds

Automatically Reconnect the earbuds

  • Ensure that the Bluetooth is activated on the device that you have previously connected the earbuds to
  • The device must be within 10 meters of the earbuds
  • Press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 3 seconds
  • Both earbuds will automatically connect with each other (you'll hear a 'beep')
  • The earbuds will now search for a Bluetooth device which they have previously been connected to
  • The earbuds will now automatically connect to your Bluetooth device

Answer Call

  • When a call is incoming, please press the multi-function key to answer the call
  • Press the multi-function key to end the call

Please note – if you experience a slight echo at a high volume then you may have to turn the volume down slightly.

Reject a call

  • When a call is incoming, please press and hold the multi-function key to reject the call
  • Once the call is rejected, press the multi-function key to return to music listening mode

Listening to music

  • Press the multi-function key to play/pause your music
  • Press and hold the left multi-function key for two seconds (until you hear a soft beep) to return to the previous song
  • Press and hold the right multi-function key for two seconds (until you hear a soft beep) to skip to the next song

Resetting the earbuds to reconnect both buds

    • Ensure both buds are off
    • Put both buds in your ear
    • Press and continuously hold both buttons and you will hear a short, soft ascending chime (or the words 'power on') from each one and carry on holding the button down until you hear a repeated chiming noise
    • Put both buds in the charging case until they light up red
    • Remove them from the case and hold both pods next to each other
    • They should then automatically turn on and pair together again (might be helpful to hold them together next to your ear so you can listen out for the rising chiming noise, followed by a sharper and slightly louder beep which indicates they’ve paired together)

    Turning off the earbuds

    • Place both earbuds in the charging case
    Or…
    • Press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds.

    How to charge the earbuds

    • Put the earbuds in the charging case
    • The activation of a red light on the front of the charging case indicates that each earbud is being charged
    • Sometimes one of the earbuds will take slightly longer to charge then the other
    • When the right lights turn off it means that charging has completed
    • When you place the earbuds in the charging case and the lights in the front don't turn on, it means that the charging case battery is empty
    • It takes approximately 50 minutes to fully charge the charging case.

    Please Note: If you are having any trouble charging the earbuds it is likely because the ear caps are interfering with the connection. To rectify this remove the ear caps and place the earbuds back in the charging case.

    How to charge the charging case

    • Charge the charging case by connecting the USB cable provided into the slot on the rear of the case
    • When the red light on the back of the case is turned off it means that the charging case is fully charged.
