Sam Cournoyer

We're delighted to welcome three times CrossFit Games competitor Sam Cournoyer to our team of athletes.

After three stellar individual performances at the CrossFit Games, Sam will be spending the 2022 season competing on team CrossFit Mayhem, alongside nine times champion Rich Froning.
